Forecourt ReadyImport Desk
Import management for Irish car dealers

Built by someone who's chased the same paperwork you have.

I'm Hubert Wilczynski, co-founder of Forecourt Ready. After years in the motor trade with the Autoboland Group, I know exactly where the days go missing on an import. Forecourt Ready tracks every imported car from the auction to the forecourt, in one place.

Why I built it

The bit no system handled was the journey between the auction and the forecourt.

Years inside the Autoboland Group showed me the same firefight on every import: export certs landing late, landed cost living in a spreadsheet, and an inbox full of "is it ready yet." The gap no system covered was the stretch between the auction and the forecourt, so we built one for it: the documents, the deadlines, the supplier handoffs, and the real cost per car.

In your language

It speaks the trade, not software-speak.

Search a car by engine number, because that's how you find it before it has a reg. See the export cert, bill of lading and customs SAD against each car, with a clear flag on what's still outstanding, so the chase is tracked instead of remembered. Nothing here needs translating into the trade; it was written from inside it.

Auction to forecourt

One screen, the whole journey.

Watch-list a car and get a suggested max bid (an estimate built from the VRT figure and the margin you're after) so you walk in with a number, not a guess. Then follow the car through shipping, customs, VRT and prep, with arrival ETAs your sales team can rely on and a full landed cost per car (purchase, shipping, duty, transport, prep, plus the VRT estimate) so the margin holds to the forecourt.

No rip-and-replace

It fills the gap, it doesn't replace Keyloop.

If you run Keyloop, keep it. Forecourt Ready handles the import journey Keyloop was never built for, and stops where the car hits your forecourt. No rip-and-replace, no learning curve beyond "where's this car at," and down the line we plan to let you export a finished car straight into Keyloop.

A real person

Not a faceless platform.

It's our product, and I'll do the demo myself: show you your own kind of stock moving through it and answer the awkward questions, because I've asked them. My name and number are on this page on purpose.
